Wikiversity is a Wikimedia Foundation project devoted to learning resources, learning projects, and research for use in a levels, types, and styles of education from pre-school to university, including professional training and informal learning.

A website which contains explanations and exercises for a wide variety of mathematical topics. Used both by teachers and students. Basically everything you need to know for elementary education.

Informational site and useful resources, lists out skills for each grade level and standards by state too. Contains quizzes for the skills and you can track you or your students progress of the skills attained.

Math Forum @ Drexel
A site which contains resources for professional development of elementary teachers in regards to mathematics. Also resources for your classroom, lesson plans, etc.
